It’s not exactly a new combination, but we’re all in agreement here that raspberry and chocolate are a pretty darn good one.
Our first choco/raspberry mash up were our white chocolate & raspberry brownies. If you haven’t tried them yet, we highly recommend throwing a box in your basket.
But back to the cake…
This is our rich and fudgey chocolate cake. Decorated with a creamy chocolate ganache, a tart raspberry jam and fresh raspberries. In fact, it’s so good and fruity, we reckon it HAS to be one of your five a day.
Luckily you don’t have to wait for long to try this, as it is now available for delivery (local to Cirencester we’re afraid. This would not fare well through the post!)
