How do you make a Victoria Sponge even better? You add fruit, cream & meringue of course!

This is our signature Victoria Sponge cake – 4 layers of super spongey & light vanilla cake, sandwiched with strawberry jam and buttercream – but we turn up the volume by adding a meringue crown, cream and fresh strawberries & raspberries.

Please note. This cake contains cream, so will need to be refrigerated on delivery. It can remain out of the fridge for up to 4 hours when required. It also needs to be eaten within 3 days of delivery.

Luckily you don’t have to wait for long to try this, as it is now available for delivery (local to Cirencester we’re afraid. This would not fare well through the post!)
