Our Fairy Chocmother was tired of the overly sweet jammie biscuit blondies that seemed to be everywhere. She was pondering her favourite flavours and bringing in some new samples when she stumbled upon the epic combination of lemon and blueberry.

A tart lemon curd and a sweet blueberry compote, swirled through our classic blondie. Fudgey, squishy, decadent and sophisticated.

Each of our blondie slabs is cut into 12 generous squares and comes in a box that fits through your letterbox.
Perfect for sharing. Or not.

Our Fairy Chocmother bakes these blondies fresh, so each box will have 10 days shelf life from baked. On the off chance there are any left, you can freeze them. Store in a cool place, or in the fridge.

Flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla), sugar, EGGS, vanilla extract.
