Here at Chocolateaux HQ, there is nothing we like more than chocolate. Be it white, milk, dark. bars, chips, hot and drinkable, however it comes, we love it. But there’s only so much choc we can eat, before we feel guilty about the 5 a day rule.
So we went all out and added some raspberries to our brownies. Boom! Chocolatey and one of your five a day*! Then we panicked and thought, wait…we’re a chocolate company, so took some deep breaths and threw in some white chocolate sauce ripples. Phew, that was close.
A rich chocolate brownie mingled with a sharp raspberry coulis and swirls of white chocolate. Bliss!
