Our Fairy Chocmother is a huge fan of a brownie (obvs…) but she is also partial to a deep & decadent cookie. I mean, how can we blame her. A thick & chewy cookie is all kinds of amazing. Our brookies are the best of both worlds: a deep, chewy cookie combined with the fudgey softness of a brownie. What more do you need in your life!
Actually it’s a white chocolate & hazelnut brookie. The best of both worlds with added nuts & white chocolate. Because, in the words of our Fairy Chocmother, more is most definitely more.
Our brookies are super thick, so although they come through the post, they won’t actually fit through your letterbox. We just couldn’t contain all that brookie amazingness in a box that slim. Each box is packed with 12 fab slices of brookie.
Perfect for sharing. Or not.
Our Fairy Chocmother bakes these brookies fresh, so each box will have 10 days shelf life from baked. On the off chance there are any left, you can freeze them. Store in a cool place.
